Overview
The purpose of this webinar is to provide managers with an overview of issues concerning managing performance and corrective actions that can positively deal with poor performance or conduct of their staff.
Presented by the employment law experts at AFEI Legal who will explain how to:

  • Identify poor performance and/or misconduct
  • Know the differences between poor performance and misconduct
  • Identify corrective actions that can be taken
  • Understand legal requirements for managing poor performance
  • Identify risks.
