Essential Requirements 

To be successful in this role you will have to be a team player with a great work ethic and have the following:

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction with at least 2 years post qualification work experience

The Position 

We are looking for a full time, permanent Estimator to join our dedicated account management and design teams, to support the delivery of multiple residential projects across Sydney (primarily East, North and Inner west). We are seeking an all- rounder who already knows how to build, understands all aspects of construction, and wants to translate this into an office-based estimation, and client liaison role. This is an autonomous role, with huge incentives for meeting and exceeding targets. 

Responsibilities : 

  • Client service
  •  the first point of contact with new business leads
  •  ensures consultations are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
  • maintains the client relationship throughout construction from A to Z
  • Cultivating new business and documentation
  •  Activate business leads, undertake meetings, follow up and all estimations to finalisation of approval
  •  Produce project briefs and site analysis for client presentations
  •  Quote and estimate the project initially, and for all variations
  •  Track project quotes, and escalate the sales process
  •  Accurately and completely administer projects to achieve internal and external compliance
